The Great Danger in Water!
There are many Water distribution systems host harmful organisms such as viruses, fungi, bacteria, algae and biofilms etc. especially in our country, Iraq.
One of the biggest danger that threaten our health is Legionella bacteria.
Legionella is a microorganism that can produce itself in water distribution systems of hotels, schools, hotels and hospitals and this causes infection in human beings. They usually live and multiply in biofilm layers and seriously harm our health.
What is Legionella?
One of the most significant risks related to the city water network in Iraq are Legionella and various viruses.
Legionella bacteria results in 10 to 40% deaths if no action is taken and this is so dangerous!
What is Biyofilm Layer
Biofilm layer; provides the shelter and reproduction of bacteria; is a layer formed by all kinds of organic or inorganic organisms and residues on hard surfaces.
Legionella is an insidious danger because it can't be cleaned with known chemicals.
Where can we see the biofilm layer?
We can find Legionella virus lives in biofilm layers on the inner surfaces of water tanks and water pipes, in environments with little or stable water sources. Biofilm layer can not be destroyed by classical disinfectant or cleaning methods.
Current Disinfection Methods
Methods such as chlorination, chlorine dioxide, hydrogen peroxide, synthetic bacteria killers, ozone, catalyzed oxygenated water, filtering, ultraviolet rays and light treatments are used as the current methods.
However, these methods have many side effects and disadvantages like ineffectiveness.
Some of those effects are; Legionella treatment requiring high doses, halomethane formation, severe corrosion, insufficient effect on biofilm layers, insufficient effect when water is stagnant, high costs, change of taste and flavor of water, being extremely volatile and toxic, risks in storage.
Cells called white blood cells in our body produce a substance called Hypochlorous Acid (HOCl) while fighting against bacteria and viruses. This substance is the largest and most effective spectrum known in nature, biocide. Thanks to its weak acidic feature, it is not irritating and harmful to human health.
Therefore, the human body already produces the best disinfectant.
When the human body is subjected to any microbial attack, 1 Neutrophil produces 0.1 Um Hypochlorous Acid and this amount has been scientifically proven to kill 15 million colibacilli in 1 minute.
So, What is the Solution? ECA Technology!
ECA (Electrochemical Activation) technology is a patented technology for producing Hypochlorous Acid (HOCl) approved by the Ministry of Health, FDA, World Health Organization and UNESCO, which can only be 100% naturally soluble by electrolysis of salt and water in the electrochemical cell.
With this technology, we provide the best disinfectant, Hypochlorous acid (HOCI), in the most economical way, using only salt, water and electricity.
Its Advantages:
System Installation Scheme
Depending on the applied voltage, positively charged ions in water go to anode side and negatively charged ions go to cathode side. The chemical reaction creates different substances, among which, substances collected on the cathode side are called catholyte (Catholyte), and substances collected on the anode side are called anolyte (Anolyte).
Catholyte is an alkaline solution, a powerful cleaning agent that is a very strong oil solvent and an emulsifier, namely a detergent.
Anolyte, HOCl (Hypochlorous Acid) is one of the strongest known disinfectants that is effective against all known pathogenic microorganisms such as bacteria, viruses, molds, fungi.
